7. AI Generated Content

AIOAZA uses artificial intelligence to generate content.

  • be similar to content generated for other users;

  • require human review.

You are solely responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing or commercial use.

AIOAZA does not guarantee factual accuracy or legal compliance of AI-generated content.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload.

By submitting content to AIOAZA, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely for providing the requested AI services.

We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content.

9. Intellectual Property

The AIOAZA platform, software, branding, logos, interface, design, and original content remain the exclusive property of AIOAZA unless otherwise stated.

Users may not:

  • Credits cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Credits cannot be transferred to another account.

  • Partially used credit packages are not eligible for refunds.

12. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted access to AIOAZA.

However, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available or error-free.

The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Infrastructure failures;

  • Internet outages;

  • Third-party service interruptions;

  • AI provider outages;

  • Events beyond our reasonable control.

We are not liable for losses resulting from temporary service interruptions.

13. AI Provider Availability

Certain features depend on third-party AI providers.

If an AI provider experiences downtime, service limitations, pricing changes, or discontinues a model, AIOAZA may modify or temporarily disable affected features without prior notice.

We are not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party AI providers.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AIOAZA and its owner shall not be liable for:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to AIOAZA during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

  • Completeness of generated information;

  • Reliability of generated results;

  • Availability of services;

  • Suitability for a particular purpose;

Users are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publication or commercial use.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIOAZA, its owner, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:
